釹鐵硼，簡單來講是一種磁鐵，含有大量的稀土元素釹、以及鐵及硼，其特性硬而脆。釹鐵硼作為稀土永磁材料的一種具有極高的磁能積和矯頑力，同時(shí)高能量密度的優(yōu)點(diǎn)使釹鐵硼永磁材料在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)和電子技術(shù)中獲得了廣泛應(yīng)用，從而使儀器儀表、電聲電機(jī)、磁選磁化等設(shè)備的小型化、輕量化、薄型化成為可能。

由于表面極易被氧化腐蝕，釹鐵硼必須進(jìn)行表面涂層處理。表面化學(xué)鈍化是很好的解決方法之一。

NdFeB, which is simply a magnet, contains a large amount of rare earth element lanthanum, as well as iron and boron, and its characteristics are hard and brittle. As a kind of rare earth permanent magnet material, NdFeB has the extremely high magnetic energy product and coercive force, and the high energy density makes NdFeB permanent magnet material widely used in modern industrial and electronic technology, thus making it possible to miniaturize, lightweight and thin, in the instrument of electroacoustic motors, and magnetic separation magnetization.

Because of the surface highly susceptible to oxidative corrosion, NdFeB surface must be coated. Surface chemical passivation is one of the best solutions. 

磁芯材料生產(chǎn)工藝流程：Magnetic core material production process:

磁粉（粒度調(diào)整）-配粉（混膠與造粒）--壓制成型—磁體固化—倒角與清洗—涂裝與固化—充磁—磁體固化Magnetic powder (grain size adjustment)--powder preparation (mixing and granulation)--press molding-magnet curing-chamfering and cleaning-coating and fixing-magnetization-magnet curing
